Dental Insurance Plans

Smile Plus works with most insurance providers.  We will disclose all coverages so there no surprises when it comes to your cost of care.  Our financial coordinators will provide you with an itemized treatment plan that discloses all estimated fees, coverage amounts, and out-of-pocket expenses prior to treatment being rendered.

We accept most PPO dental insurance plans.  We DO NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid Plans.
